So for the next 30 days starting tomorrow , 31st August 2011 , i'll be going cold turkey on all forms of sugars and food that act like sugar.
Honestly I don't know what i am going to be taking as food then... my good take would be something like. . .
1) Green apples
2) Subway salads (also means i have to walk a long distance to get there)
3) NTUC salads (from jurong point)
